Group Therapy

Group therapy can provide individuals who have common concerns to come together to discover methods for tackling that issue. Groups are small, supportive, confidential, and so very helpful in creating a safe place to explore your feelings and options for growth. The sessions are typically structured to lead the group through a process for improving their mental health. These sessions are usually about an hour each week for a 6-8 week time frame.


An in-person group screening is REQUIRED to determine eligibility for groups. You will NOT be allowed to attend a group if you have not met with the facilitator.
